Goodbye, Juniper Tattoo Co.
Announcement
It’s bittersweet to share that I’ll be parting ways with Juniper Tattoo Company, the studio I’ve proudly called home since we first opened our doors (originally as Folklore) in August 2023.
Juniper was the first shop I ever co-founded - a milestone that marked a turning point in both my career and personal growth. It was a season of creativity, discovery, and learning. This space gave me the chance to build something from the ground up, explore my art on my own terms, and grow through every challenge and lesson along the way.
Though my time at Juniper is coming to a close, this isn’t goodbye. I’ll still be creating right here in Grants Pass, Oregon, continuing to grow as an artist and explore new opportunities ahead. I can’t wait to share what’s next soon.
Dear Juniper,
Thank you.
When we first opened the doors back in August 2023 (originally as Folklore Tattoo Collective) I had no idea how much this experience would shape me. Co-founding a studio from the ground up was one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done. We quite literally built it with our own hands; from painting walls and installing flooring to creating a space that felt like home for both artists and clients. It was a labor of love from day one, and I’ll always be proud of what we created together.
Owning a business alongside others comes with its own set of lessons. As time went on, our paths began to move in different directions, and I eventually stepped back from ownership to give the shop space to evolve under new leadership. Over the past year, Selina has carried that vision forward with care, transforming the shop into what is now Juniper Tattoo Company - a fresh name, a beautiful space, and a growing team that continues to make it their own.
Even though my journey with Juniper is coming to an end, I’ll always be grateful for everything this chapter taught me. About business, creativity, collaboration, and what it truly means to pour yourself into something you believe in. Those early days of construction and long nights planning and painting were more than just work; they were the foundation of my growth as an artist and as a person.
To Selina and the artists who continue to make Juniper what it is today: I’m wishing you nothing but success and fulfillment. You’ve created a welcoming, creative environment that clients love, and I’m confident that Juniper will continue to thrive as part of our Southern Oregon tattoo community.
And to my clients, thank you for supporting me through every stage of this journey. Your loyalty, patience, and trust mean the world to me. I hope you’ll continue showing love to the incredible artists at Juniper as they carry the vision forward.
This chapter will always hold a special place in my heart. We built something real here.

What’s Next
While I’ll always look back on Juniper with gratitude, I’m excited to continue growing. As an artist, a business owner, and a creative person. This next chapter is about expanding what’s possible, refining the experience I offer my clients, and creating something that feels like the natural next step in my journey.
I’m not ready to share full details just yet, but there are exciting things on the horizon that I can’t wait to announce soon.
For now, I’ll still be tattooing right here in Grants Pass, Oregon, and continuing to work with both new and returning clients. All existing appointments will remain at Juniper Tattoo Company through October 31, and anyone scheduled after that date will be contacted individually with updated details.

Thank you, Juniper, for everything you’ve been and thank you to everyone who’s been part of this chapter. I’m endlessly grateful, and I can’t wait to share what’s next.
